From simple model swaps to adding entirely new vehicles to spawn in,just a few weeks after release there are already a plethora of cool and exciting mods to transform the REV-8. 10Shade’s Vehicle Tuner

Simple Upgrades For An Already Great Buggy

While this mod by Shadedness on bothNexus Modsand theCreationsdoesn’t change the shape of the REV-8 itself, it certainly takes it to the next level. It’s one of the top-rated REV-8 mods for a reason, asit addsplenty of features like new weaponry, quality of life improvements, and an upgraded storage capacity. The only thing this mod doesn’t change about the REV-8 is its speed or boosting ability, so players can stay immersed without worrying about being too overpowered.

While it’s fully compatible with other REV-8 transformation mods, it may not work with some standalone vehicle mods.

The main draw of the mod is being able to quickly summon the vehicle with a remote control, easily swapping between on-foot travel without backtracking. The damage from the new weapons can be tied to player level as well, making sure it stays a balanced part of anyone’sStarfieldplaythrough. Aside from all these beneficial features, the best aspect of this vehicle mod is that it’sfully compatible with any other visual vehicle mod, letting players combine it with many of the other transformation mods available.

9Roman’s Taxi From GTA

Drive In Style With This Working Class Throwback

By far one of the funniest mods available yet, Roman’s Taxi is on Nexus Mods courtesy ofNotSiouxsie, who is responsible for most of the imported vehicle mods at the moment. Roman’s Taxi isn’t the first vehicle players would expect to see on different planets, but it sure makes for a unique appearance. Sporting its retro black panels and shiny chrome rims,Roman’s Taxi is the pinnacle of the laborer’s luxury in space.

Some players have noted clipping issues where parts of the vehicle don’t appear in-game, but the creator is working to fix these issues.

While unfortunately, there aren’t any bowling alleys in space, that didn’t stop players from taking this vehicle to the stars. While mostGTA 4fans never thought of taking this iconic car into space, thanks toStarfieldmodders, anything is possible. The only downside to this mod is it’s a bit difficult to drive with it being so low to the ground, andit’s likely out of the question for most immersion-focused players.

8The Crimson Gang Van

Rep The Crimson Fleet With A Members Only Van

While it’s not exactly the most sci-fi vehicle out there, the Crimson Gang Van by NotSiouxsie onNexusorCreationslets players rep their favorite faction. Being one of the most interesting factions inStarfield, it’s understandable that many players want tojoin the Crimson Fleet. Even if they aren’t part of the criminal organization themselves, players can still spread fear across the galaxy by driving with their iconic logo.

This vehicle mod is great in and of itself, butplayers have already started using it as a template to add their custom van skins. Currently, there are already two re-textures byANOLTE6on Nexus with the creator hard at work making more, including one for fans of mysteries and talking dogs. It’s only a matter of time before players will have a whole arsenal of easily swappable van skins to choose from whenever they want to explore a new planet.

7Stag N-Forcer From Saints Row

A Heavy-Duty Vehicle For Any Hostile Environments

Another great import mod by NotSiouxsie on bothNexusandCreations, this time tackling a different but equally iconic crime franchise. The N-Forcer fromSaints Rowalready fits into the world ofStarfieldwith its somewhat sci-fi style, thanks to its white panels and black accents that create an intimidating appearance. The overall size of the vehicle makes it great for traversing planets with rocky surfaces, unlike Roman’s Taxi.

Many standalone vehicle mods like this one do not work on controllers and are currently unusable on Xbox, while requiring temporary swapping to a keyboard on PC.

With how many high quality vehicle mods have already been released since the REV-8’s launch, fans likely won’t have to wait very long for the rest of their favorite franchise vehicles to get added. For the time being, theStag N-Forcer fits the bill for most bulky sci-fi transports that hold their own in any environment. This vehicle mod looks great in all kinds of environmental settings, from tredging through waist high water to crossing dessert plains, there’s not much this car cant do.

The Iconic Sci-Fi Ride Of A Lifetime

The X-34 Landpseeder by radicalclownfriend on bothNexusandCreationsis one of the few mods to make full use ofStarfield’ssci-fi setting, and it does so to great effect.Luke’s landspeeder is by far one of the most iconic vehicles from all ofStar Wars, and it’s a blast to ride around in. Being a standalone vehicle mod, it has greater advantages with the boosting mechanic, but hovercrafts aren’t the only thingStarfieldshould borrow fromStar Wars– the recently releasedOutlawshides its loading screens more effectively.

The console version uses a replacement mod, making it compatible even without a keyboard connection.

This mod looks incredible when driving around and shooting lasers on flat terrain as it’s synced with the speeder’s blaster while making great use of the boost effects. The only downside is the speeder tends to struggle when getting caught on terrain, but it’s a small price to pay for such an iconic vehicle. This mod is an easy choice forStar Warsfans and will be a great addition to any themed conversion modsthat seek to transformStarfieldinto what fans expect from a galaxy far, far away.

Nothing Beats The Ultimate Classic

As if it was transferred straight from the moon itself, the NASA Lunar Rover byBub200on Nexus is the most immersive and iconic vehicle in the known universe. Taking full advantage of the REV-8’s buggy shape, this mod has fully reworked it using the existing mesh to achieve a higher level of visual quality. The only downside to this mod is the lack of space for the player’s dedicated companion Vasco, but other than that, it’s one of the most realistic and visually impressive mods available.

Perfect for both the space enthusiasts ofStarfield,or players that want to retain an immersive gameplay experience.

One of the best features of this vehicle is theopen design that allows players to see their character and companion while cruising around different planets.
