There is a large cast of characters inCookie Run: Kingdom– with over 100 playable cookies having their own unique stories, it’s understandable that there are lots of minor characters needed to fill in the plot which aren’t playable. Some of these characters have captured the hearts of fans, but are only present in certain stories. This has left many to hope that they may one day see their favorite NPC added in a future update.
It’s well known that some characters who are currently NPCS will later debut as playable cookies, such as Dark Enchantress Cookie. This was also the case for Shadow Milk Cookie, who was released as a playable character almost a year after his initial appearance as an NPC. However, there are lots of non-playable cookies inCookie Run: Kingdomwho have boundless potential, yet may never be able to join your team.

10The Gem Mermaids
Aquamarine, Gold Citrine, & Mystic Opal Cookie
Though not one cookie but a small group of cookies, the minor Gem Mermaids from the A Mermaid’s Tale update have some absolutely gorgeous designs, and together they have the potential for a unique water-type team. Some cookies gain buffs when in a certain team combination, and these cookies would be the perfect group trio for that. They were once available as guest cookies, but many players have voiced their desire to see them as fully-fledged team members.
Who is the Best Team Leader In Cookie Run: Kingdom?
Players can select one team leader in their Cookie Run: Kingdom party, but which leader provides the best buffs for your chosen team comp?
To keep them unique and distinct from each other,it would probably be wise to keep them as different cookie types. Mystic Opal Cookie would fit well as a magic cookie, considering her ability to tell the future and control the weather. Aquamarine Cookie would make the most sense as a healer, since she has a caring nature and has a good knowledge of plants and their effects – she could also be a support, butFrilled Jellyfish Cookieis already an aquatic support cookie. Gold Citrine could be a bomber or ambush cookie, with an attack related to her various trinkets.

9Jungleberry Cookie
The Queen Of The Hollyberry Kingdom
Apart from Shining Glitter Cookie, all the super-epic cookies seem to have a theme – they’re all leaders of an organization, or otherwise hold power over a group of cookies. A cookie who would fit perfectly into this category would be Jungleberry Cookie, the daughter of Hollyberry Cookie and the queen/advisor of the Hollyberry Kingdom. With the release of Hollyberry Cookie’s beast counterpart, Eternal Sugar Cookie, being right around the corner,it would be great to see Jungleberry Cookie, or her husband, receive some more development.
Both her stepmother and daughter are front-line cookies, so you may be inclined to think that she would be a charge or defense cookie. However, I believe thatit would make the most sense for her to be a support cookie, or perhaps an ambush cookie, given her more tactical personality. It would be interesting to see if she would have any dialogue when placed into battle with either of her daughters, Princess Cookie or Tiger Lily Cookie, similarly to Dark Choco andDark Cacao Cookie.

8Esterházy
Another Werehound To Join The Ranks
Considering that we already have Choco Werehound Brute, it’s not entirely farfetched to suggest thatwe may one day see another werehound become playable. If this ever ends up being the case, then Esterházy is the perfect nomination. In the world exploration story, Esterházy is a butler for Dark Enchantress Cookie – in future levels, fans could possibly see them again as a sidekick to Dark Enchantress in a dynamic which is similar to the beast cookies and their companions, likeShadow Milk Cookieand Candy Apple Cookie.
There is currently no official confirmation of this, but it is possible that Esterházy is related to Choco Werehound Brute, which would be a fun topic to explore in the story.
As a butler,it’s easy to see Esterházy taking up the role of a support “cookie.“Although it would also make sense for them to be a defense cookie, perhaps being able to defend Dark Enchantress much like how Financier Cookie can protect Clotted Cream Cookie. It’s unlikely Esterházy will ever make a comeback, but there are very few werehound characters inCookie Run: Kingdom, and the fandom has definitely attached to them despite their short amount of screen time.
7Baumkuchen Cookie
Unique Representation Not Seen Anywhere Else In The Cookie Run Franchise
Baumkuchen Cookie has one of the more unique designs inCookie Run: Kingdom, and could be a very fun character to play. He would likely be a healer cookie, since house Baumkuchen is dedicated to the pursuit of healing, and he vowed to be the best healer there ever was. Though the need for another healer cookie is slightly obsolete with Mystic Flour andAwakened Pure Vanilla Cookie, so he may fit better into the game’s climate as a support cookie.
Cookie Run: Kingdom - Best Toppings And Beascuits For Black Forest Cookie
The mysterious Black Forest Cookie is a lot more powerful than she seems. Which toppings and beascuits should you apply to her for the best build?
It’s a shame that we don’t have more development for such an interesting character. He isn’t a major focus of Cookie Odyssey, and is barely mentioned outside it, being majorly overshadowed by the likes of Clotted Cream Cookie and Custard Cookie. Even if he never becomes playable,Baumkuchen Cookie deserves some time in the spotlight.
6Granola Cookie
Granola Cookie can be found in the town square to introduce the player to the Weaving mechanic to acquire new clothes for their MyCookie. She is known for being a tinkerer and loves experimenting with magic. It would make perfect sense to translate that weaving magic into a damage-dealing attack, as either a magic or support cookie.
There is currently not a lot of content surrounding Granola Cookie, but she has a couple of quests in the town square which suggests she has a friendship with Alchemist Cookie.
She could have an attack which functions similarly to Cream Puff Cookie’s spell ability, where she can perform spells with varying success. Some players have pointed out that Granola Cookie has a resemblance to Timekeeper Cookie; it’s unlikely that there is a heavy relation between the two, but if there is, it’s possible that she may become playable if Timekeeper ever comes toCookie Run: Kingdom. It does seem quite out of place that Granola Cookie isn’t playablewith such a unique design when the other cookies found in the town square, Caramel Choux and Street Urchin Cookie, are.
5Mont Blanc Cookie
The Iconic Seamstress
Another cookie who players will often see but are not able to recruit is Mont Blanc Cookie. She’s present in the costume gacha animation and default costume gacha screen, and carries a large sewing needle. If she were a playable cookie,it’s likely that she would use it as her weapon– perhaps as an ambush cookie, or a charge cookie similarly to Raspberry Cookie.
She could also be a magic or support cookie if her ability was focused more on the act of creation rather than her sewing needle. If Mont Blanc does become playable, thenit would be a wasted opportunity for her not to be accompanied by a set of costumes, since she was released alongside the costume system. Though Mont Blanc Cookie has been in the game for much longer, it would be fitting to see her be released alongside her friendly rival, Sugar Coat Cookie, who hosts the icing gacha.
4Sugar Glass Cookie
An Important Cookie With A Beautiful Design
Sugar Glass Cookie is a playable character inCookie Run: Ovenbreak, but inCRK, currently only briefly appears at the start of The Eternal City of Wizards to deliver a message. She’s quite an important figure in the lore of this area, and is unfortunately quite forgettable since she doesn’t have much screen time. Many have speculated that she may be released alongside Sugar Swan or Eternal Sugar Cookie, but there’s no evidence to suggest that she will eventually become playable.
“I’d like you to know that I have waited so long… That you are not alone…” – Sugar Glass Cookie,Cookie Run: Kingdom
It’s probably safe to assume that she would be a magic cookie, given her whimsical fairy-like appearance. She would likely be an epic cookie in accordance to her rarity inOvenbreak, but she wouldn’t be out of place among the super-epic cookies. Although his existence inCRKis only vaguely hinted at, it would make sense for Sugar Glass to be released alongside Amber Sugar Cookie.
3Carameleon Cookie
The Next Snapdragon Cookie
Carameleon Cookie seems like a perfect fit for the support type. In the first episode of Beast-Yeast, he attaches himself to Gingerbrave to guide him through the continent. This seems like a set-up for an ability which is similar to Cream Ferret Cookie’s Snuggly Ferret ability, latching onto a certain cookie to provide them with buffs.
Since Carameleon has expressed his distaste for being in battle, he could end up as a safeguarded cookie, much like Snapdragon Cookie. He certainly wouldn’t feel out of place in the Pavilion of Promise.
His shapeshifting abilities also suggest thathe could be an effective debuffer, perhaps deceiving or confusing his opponents. As there are two beast cookies yet to be released, the story of Beast-Yeast has not yet concluded, and there is a chance that Carameleon Cookie will show up again in the future. Perhaps he will even end up playing a bigger role in the story, which will warrant him becoming a playable character.
2Cilantro Cobra Cookie
A Feisty Cookie Who Would Perfectly Fit In With The Epics Or Super Epics
So far, three beast cookies have been released inCookie Run: Kingdom. Both Shadow Milk and Mystic Flour Cookie’s updates introduced two new playable cookies from their Beast-Yeast regions: Shadow Milk came with Candy Apple and Black Sapphire Cookie, while Mystic Flour came with Cloud Haetae and Peach Blossom Cookie. However, only one brand-new cookie was released withBurning Spice Cookie, Nutmeg Tiger Cookie. There are plenty of extremely unique cookies in episodes five and six, such as Pepper Pangolin and Saffron Buffalo Cookie, but I think the best option would have been Cilantro Cobra Cookie.
Cookie Run: Kingdom - Best Toppings & Beascuits For Candy Apple
Which toppings and beascuits should you apply to Shadow Milk Cookie’s disciple, Candy Apple Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom?
Cilantro Cobra Cookie is a mini-boss in episode six of Beast-Yeast, and seems perfectly suited to be an ambush cookie. The majority of cookies in world exploration who are also mini-bosses ended up being playable characters, so it feels a little strange that we never got her as a possible team member now thatCRKis moving past the Shadow Milk Cookie Update – though this may be due to her having been likely crumbled at the hands of Burning Spice. With that being said,a half-snake cookie was an incredibly original concept thatCRKlikely won’t touch on again.
1Raspberry Mousse Cookie
A Chance To Return To The Hollyberry Kingdom For A Fan-Favorite
Raspberry Mousse Cookie is another character who would be great to see make a comebackfor Eternal Sugar Cookie’s update. He appears briefly in the Grandberry Market storyline, but the plot is mainly focused around his cousin, Raspberry Cookie, even though his release inOvenbreakactually predates her. His skill inCookie Run: Kingdomcould function similarly to Rapsberry Cookie’s, much like how Espresso and Latte Cookie’s skills seem to almost be variants of each other.
Judging by hisOvenbreakdescription detailing how he “disappears amongst a flurry of slashes,” Raspberry Mousse could also make a good ambush cookie – perhaps another frontliner alongside Rebel Cookie. Since a large part of his personality revolves around his love for Rose Cookie, it would be sweet if they debuted together. TheCookie Rununiverse has become very extensive over all installments of the series, and there are many well-loved cookies who fans would be thrilled to see inCookie Run: Kingdom.
