Speaking with SFX Magazine (viaGames Radar), Russell TDavies has confirmed that Mrs. Flood is in “every single episode,“ofDoctor Whoseason 15 and that there will be “spectacular answers” to the question of who Dobson’s character is and why she has the knowledge and ability to break the fourth wall. I’m ecstatic that the show is finally deciding to so heavily address the enigma of Mrs. Flood’s existence, as it was starting to bug me how cryptic all the clues were starting to become.

With any luck, theDoctorWhoshowrunner has written a reveal for Mrs. Flood that is more like Susan Triad’s than Ruby Sunday’s.
