The Demon Soul Pill is a “Demon-God drug” used inBlack Cloverchapter first mentioned in chapter #347, boosting healing capabilities while sending its user into a berserker rage.
In true Yami fashion, despite the potential for the Demon Soul Pill user to lose his mind, he undertakes the risk anyway, confident he can stay sane. InBlack Cloverchapters #375-376,Yami is shown easily dispatching the Lucius clone in this new transformation, able to stay level-headed and fully healed.
