While Sentry has not yet debuted in the franchise, the character is all but confirmed to appear next year as part of thecast of Marvel’sThunderbolts*. Lewis Pullman’s Bob should be revealed to be Robert Reynolds, aka Sentry, in the movie. While Disney+‘sSecret Invasionwas not the best it could have been, the series’ ending opened the door for a possible adaptation of Marvel Comics' Siege. At the end of the show, the President of the United States declares war on all aliens on Earth, with rogue extermination groups being shown to hunt down Skrulls after the announcement. Given how Asgardians are now living on Earth in the colony of New Asgard, that could lead to them being persecuted. In the comics, Siege featured Norman Osborn and many others attacking Asgard, which was then located in the US.
Thor 5 has yet to be officially announced by Marvel Studios, but in an interview with Chris Hemsworth,Vanity Fairnoted how the actor feels he owes the audience another film due to Thor: Love and Thunder’s issues.
While Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin was sent back to his universe,Secret Invasionset up a different kind of Siege event in the MCU, with other groups possibly attacking New Asgard.
