Cobra Kaico-creator Hayden Schlossberg teases that the upcoming final episodes of the show will be memorable and full of dramatic moments. The hit martial arts comedy-drama has enjoyed significant success since it debuted in 2018, withNetflix acquiring and producing the show fromCobra Kaiseason 3onward. With the sixth and final season having aired two of its three parts already, the final five episodes are set to drop on February 13, and will look to round off the stories of its ensemble cast, as well as the titular dojo, in the most satisfactory way possible.

In an interview withScreen Rantat this week’s Saturn Awards, Schlossberg reveals that the final few episodes of the series will be among the most climactic the show has ever produced and that they will live long in the memories of viewers. Actor William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence in Netflix’s Cobra Kai.

I mean, they’re the biggest, most memorable episodes. When Cobra Kai ends, years from now, people will look back on the different episodes, these last five that are coming out are gonna have to be in a lot of the fans' minds. It’s just one of those things where we’re excited. There’s new episodes still coming out, with a lot of big, fulfilling, climactic moments.

The Show Is Set To Conclude In Epic Style

Actor William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence in Netflix’s Cobra Kai.

Cobra Kaihas always been a show that had ambitions to tell a story larger than the sum of its parts, and the series has done a great job of managing to feel mythic and epic during its run on Netflix. The series is hurtling toward a conclusion packed full of action, drama, and tragedy, and there is a good bet that the final five episodes ofCobra Kaiseason 6 part 3could rank as the longest of the series, especially considering how many plot points need to be addressed and wrapped up.

While the core characters will no doubt be fine, I believe Kreese could die as a hero, achieving his redemption arc, and bookending his fractious relationship with Johnny.

From theCobra Kaiseason 6 part 3 trailerit is clear thatthe Sekai Taikai will be going ahead, but this time in The Valley, giving Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai home advantage. An epic conclusion to an epic series feels fitting, and Schlossberg’s comments suggest it will be an exciting watch for fans.
