Marshmallows have come toDisney Dreamlight Valleyas part of the End of Summer Event, allowing players to prepare two new recipes that can be savored and shared with others around the valley. The End of Summer event is a limited-time event that runs from September 4 to July 15, 2025, during which exclusive Blue and Pink Marshmallows can be found in the valley.

The marshmallows are essential to craftingthe two new Summer Event recipes, S’mores and Roasted Marshmallows. While Pink Marshmallows will appear on bushes to be gathered, the Blue Marshmallows will only appear as small objects on the ground that can be collected in specific biomes. Remember, both of these items will disappear when the event ends, so don’t waste time.

Where To Find Pink & Blue Marshmallows

Use Marshmallows To Create S’mores & Roasted Marshmallows

The main part of this event, before you may even attempt the tasks, is that you will need to find Pink Marshmallows and Blue Marshmallows, which will then be used to create recipes that have been provided for you via your in-game mailbox. As soon as you enter your game during the event, you should see some newly spawned bushes in the Plaza, similar tohow some eggs appeared for the Eggstravaganza Event.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: Dapper Delights Star Path Guide

A Princess Tiana centered Star Path nicknamed Dapper Delights has arrived with the latest update in Disney Dreamlight Valley and follows her dream.

There are three of them in total, exclusive to the Plaza, and they contain Pink Marshmallows that can be gathered. You’ll receive four Pink Marshmallows each time you harvest a bush, and they will each take about 30 minutes to respawn. As for the Blue Marshmallows, there are no bushes to look for. Instead, they will simply be found lying on the ground in the southern biomes. The biomes to check includeThe Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Glade of Trust, and the Forest of Valor.

Even if you meet your requirements for the tasks, I’d recommend still collecting and filling up a chest with some of the event items, since you can still craft these high-energy recipes once the event ends if you have the ingredients.

After finding some of each, you will be able to use them to craft two different recipes. The first recipe is S’mores and the other is Roasted Marshmallows. You’ll need both to complete the two Dreamlight Duties for the event.

Even though the Blue Marshmallows can be found in several biomes and thus feel more plentiful, they aren’t. Each collected Blue Marshmallow will only count for one and, more importantly, because they’re so small, you won’t be able to see them easily, especially if your biomes are heavily decorated or crowded. Though it’s randomized,I did manage to find the majority of my Blue Marshmallow spawns in the Peaceful Meadow,so I’d recommend checking there most often.

How To Savor Some Sweetness

Eat Some S’mores or Roasted Marshmallows

Although the Dreamlight Duties do not specify this, the recipes for each task differ. While players can use either S’mores or Roasted Marshmallows to complete this task, only Roasted Marshmallows can be used to complete Sharing Some Sweetness. As for what is required of you, the names do at least give you clues to that. For Savoring Some Sweetness, you’ll need to cook either of the recipes and then eat them.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: All A Rift in Time Recipes

The A Rift In Time DLC in Disney Dreamlight Valley is full of new food that can be combined into a vast number of recipes for every meal.

However, since the task requires a total of 25 attempts to complete it,you’ll have to make and consume the recipes a total of 25 times. This is why it’s important not to waste time ignoring these tasks until the end of the event, because each recipe requires more than one Marshmallow type, and they have cooling periods before they respawn. Therefore, if you wait too long, you may not have enough time to collect everything you need.

Once you complete Savor Some Sweetness, you will be rewarded with the Hiking Backpack, a back item that you can equip for your character at any time via theDisney Dreamlight Valleywardrobe customizationtab.

How To Share Some Sweetness

Cook & Gift Roasted Marshmallows To Your Villagers

While the Savor Some Sweetness task is a little more flexible, the Share Some Sweetness task is not.For this Dreamlight Duty, you will only be able to use Roasted Marshmallows. Therefore, if you give S’mores or even just plain Marshmallows to other villagers, it will not count, and you’ll just be wasting those items. Unfortunately, the Roasted Marshmallows require two of each kind of Marshmallow per dish, so you’ll need exactly double the amount you used to complete Savor Some Sweetness.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: Dreamlight Gastronomy Quest Walkthrough

Partake in a culinary competition with Tiana and friends in Disney Dreamlight Valley during her friendship level seven quest called Gastronomy.

Once you’ve collected enough Marshmallows, head to any cooking station and prepare the dish. With it in hand, you can then go andserve it to Dreamlight Valley Villagersby simply gifting it to them. While you can use both recipes for the Savor Some Sweetness task, it’s recommended that you only use S’mores for that one, since they’re easier to make, and you can only use Roasted Marshmallows for this one.

This is a neckwear item that resembles a pair of bronze binoculars that can be equipped via the Wardrobe Customization menu. Note that both rewards are currently exclusive to theDisney Dreamlight ValleyEnd of Summer event, so if you miss out on them now, you may never be able to get them again.
