Dragon Questis not showing any signs of relinquishing its title as king of games in Japan, as after a 2.5 million opening week, its second week also moved half a million units. It will explode again once the Switch version releases.Splatoon 2is also still going strong at nearly 75,000, inching its way closer and closer to a million total sales in Japan.
New releases areCrash Bandicoot N. Sane TrilogyandThe Great Ace Attorney 2, the latter of which had a respectable first-week showing. Aside fromDragon Questeating everyones lunch, it appears Japanese consumers were able to buy a subtitled version ofCrash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogyon its June 30 worldwide launch which may have affected the numbers a bit.

Consoles sales are down slightly from last week, but still relatively high compared to recent months. Nintendo must be really upping that Switch production, because they seem to keep getting them in tons of peoples hands despite the difficulty of finding them.
