These codes are extremely limited and must be redeemed before they expire on February 15 at 12:59 PM ET. If you attempt to redeem them afterward, the rewards will not be delivered to your account, so try to redeem them as soon as possible. Luckily, there are two available methods.

After Redemption, Your Rewards Need To Be Claimed
The first method to redeem the Version 3.1 livestream codes is to access your account on the officialHonkai: Star Railwebsite. Once this is done,all you need to do is fill out the Redemption Code slot with each code, one at a time, and click on the Redeem button. If the codes are successfully redeemed before they expire, their respective rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox, from which they must be claimed.

The second redemption method involves opening the game. Once it is loaded, you’ll need to access the main menu (represented by the active character looking at their phone) and click on the ellipsis button near the top right corner. There, you will see the Redemption Code feature, much like the one on the official website. Once codes are redeemed through this method, they are also sent to your mailbox inHonkai: Star Rail.
