Epic Games has officially announced that Colombian singing sensation Karol G will take center stage in Fortnite Festival Season 5 following theChapter 5 Season 4 launch. Although leaks beforehand indicated this collaboration was up next, the developers have revealed the complete Festival Pass lineup and in-game Karol G-inspired cosmetics. This article explains everything you need to know about Karol G’s Fortnite Festival collaboration when it arrives on August 16.
What’s included in the Karol G Fortnite Festival Season 5 Pass?
Like previous Fortnite Festival crossovers, you can find the Karol G skin within the Fortnite Festival Season 5 Pass alongside various other cosmetic items. Upgrade to the Premium Track for 1,800 V-Bucks to unlock the Festival Pass exclusive skin. Doing this also gives you access to 11 additional rewards on top of what’s available in the Free Track.

Fortnite to host a playable Karol G concert
Following the previous Fortnite x Metallica concert, the game will host a Karol G concert where players can enjoy the tunes and unlock free rewards. According to the blog post, this will be a five-part playable event. You can collect EmPower-Ups to blast away negative energy and spread positive vibes.
The first showtime is August 23 at 3 p.m. ET, and the concert weekend concludes on August 26 at 12 p.m. ET. Anyone who attends the Karol G MSB Fortnite show will receive the Bichota 4-String Bass for free.
