Joe#1 and the Brainwave Scanner into a new weapon dubbed a “Brainwave Bomb.”This new bomb won’t just explode, however, but willinfecteveryone in the blast radius and essentially make them devoted servants to the Cobra cause. With such a weapon at his disposal, the Commander could easily achieve what many a supervillain has tried in the past, and truly take over the world.

The Commander learned much of Cybertronian tech through years of experiments on a captive Megatron, and has developed several weapons since leaving the hidden society of Cobra-La.

The Commander also used Energon to powerCobra’s deadly new laser rifles, which killed Rock N’Roll in the G.I. Joe team’s first official mission.
