Baby Centipede Swarm
When it’s low on health, Centipede Guai will call upon its centipede babies, who will come at you in a rolling attack.
These attacks can be devastating to the Destined One, so your best course of action is to learn to recognize when Centipede Guai will attack andto dodge when it does. Once you know when to dodge, Centipede Guai becomes easy to beat. It has low health, and its defense isn’t the best, but its powerful attacks make up for what it lacks.
Abackward dodgeis enough to get the Destined One out of the line of fire when Centipede Guai launches its attacks.Immobilizewill freeze Centipede Guai in its tracks, giving you an opportunity to unleash your combos. When its health gets too low, Centipede Guai willunleash a baby centipede swarm on you. The baby centipedes will roll and explode on contact, releasing poison, so verify you dodge away from them. Standing against the wall and then dodging away at the last second will cause the baby centipedes to collide with the wall, which is a great tactic to get rid of these little pests. you may also just avoid them until they vanish, which they eventually will.
Since you may become poisoned during this attack, bring along someAntimiasma Powderto use just in case.
AA Pluck of Manyisanother great Spellto use against Centipede Guai. As your Duplicates draw Centipede Guai’s attention, you canuse Immobilize to freeze the bossonce again and then unleash more combos. Your Duplicates will also attack Centipede Guai. Immobilize the boss a third time and use your Wandering Wight Spirit to attack it. UseCloud Stepin instances where you need a quick getaway, like when Centipede Guai summons its babies.
