The truth is, in both the comics andBorn Again, Bullseye is unpredictable. So when he turns up at a bar frequented by the police, ready to kill Foggy, it justseems like Bullseye is on the warpath, and may also target Karen and Daredevil himself. However, since Matt immediately jumped in and began fighting against Bullseye, it’s difficult to know if his rampage would have continued.
Besides this, the incredibleshock of Foggy being killed, seemingly out of the blue, made for a greatdistraction from further investigation into the motives for Bullseye’s actions. Instead, the audience and the hero were thoroughly focused on seeing Matt take down the terrible villain, and when he made the choice to seemingly throw Bullseye to his death, that stunning moment became the focal point of the episode.
