Complete Your Daily Wishes First, Then Focus On Your Main Goal
The first and most important way to use your Vital Energy is by using it tocomplete your Daily Wishes, which are your most consistent way to get Diamonds. Some of these Wishes will require you to complete a Realm of the Dark, Escalation, or Eureka. Complete these objectives first to claim your diamonds, and then take a look at what you want to accomplish.
Many people are working on the Silvergale’s Aria outfit during Shooting Star Season, and if this is you, there are plenty of uses for your Vital Energy.For one, you’ll need at least 18k Insight for each skill to upgrade your Ability Outfit nodes in the Heart of Infinity, and this will take days' worth of Vital Energy to do so.Additionally, you’re going to be fighting quite a bit in the Ream of the Dark to farm Bedrock Crystals from Bouldy.

How To Avoid Wasting Vital Energy
If You Can Get It Elsewhere, Don’t Spend Energy
Only a few resources can be obtained with Vital Energy that can also be found in other places; don’t waste your limited energy to get these resources. Stuff like Bling, Threads, and Shiny Bubbles can all be found in other activities inInfinity Nikki,so spending Vital Enerst to get a little Bling is a waste. Instead, find other ways to fill your coffers.
For Bling in particular, every activity in the game gives Bling, including many quests and special events. Ensure you’re checking the Events tab and your active quests before spending any Vital Energy on these more common resources.
If you find yourself needing Bling or another common resource and don’t have the time to gather it, spend as little Vital Energy getting what you need as you can.
The most egregious sin with Vital Energy is spending it on Bling, but spending it on Shiny Bubbles is a bit more acceptable.These items are used to upgrade your clothing, and it takes quite a bit tofully upgrade outfits. Even so, Shiny Bubbles can be found in many other places for various resources. This includes the shop where you spend Tranquility Droplets, which you get from pulling duplicate non-5-star clothes from various banners.
If you’re anything like me, you have tons of Tranquility Droplet saved up after a few banners' worth of pulls, and though the amount of resources you can get this way is limited each month, it’s enough for a few Sketches or upgrades. Either way, don’t waste your Vital Energy on common items when there are some things you can only get using Vital Energy. This will allow you to get the most value out of your energy so you can achieve all your goals inInfinity Nikki.
