There are plenty of hard-to-find creatures withinInfinity Nikkithat you need to seek out to obtain essential crafting materials, and the hunt for the Lamp Fish is no exception. This brightly colored fish can only be in one type of location in the whole of Papergames’popular free-to-play RPGbut can be unknown to many players until they realize exactly where they need to go to look. What’s more, depending on exactly where you are looking, it can take a few attempts to find as well. Thankfully, finding one means you’re able to quickly get more.
It technically doesn’t require as much effort as learning how to find thelocation of the Astral Swan & its feathersinInfinity Nikki, but the locations of the Lamp Fish can sometimes be spread out. However, if you want to craft a special outfit that requires this particular creature as a crafting material, it will be worth the search. Afterward, you will have the means for a particularly stylish piece of clothing to add to your collection of fashion options to start winning all manner of Style Challenges against challenging enemy NPCs.
Lamp Fish Location
In Cave Waters
Lamp Fish can only be foundinside the waters of cave areaslike the caverns around Florawish and Wishing Woods, like theentrance to the Well of Fortunearound Fortune Falls marked and shown in the images above. Because Florawish is the first major area in the game, you’re able to quickly head there by fast traveling from the Secret Base Warp Spire and heading to the waterfall from there. Once you approach, take a left at the waterfall into the cavern, walk through the large pipe tunnel, veer left, and drop onto the lower level into the watery area.
Infinity Nikki: How To Get The Chic Elegance Outfit
One of the hardest outfits to get in Infinity Nikki is Chic Elegance, a collection of ten separate fashion pieces that are difficult to put together.
This is the same area where you start the early main story mission, “Power Outage Rescue”, so it should feel very familiar at this point in the game. Walk along the circular platforms and pipe bridges until you spot splashing fish in the water, at which point you can start trying to grab a Lamp Fish for your collection. This is by far the easiest location to go try to find one, but once you catch your first, the game will quickly give you the means to find more, depending on how many you wish to catch.
How To Get Lamp Fish
Fishing As Normal
Once you arrive at the waters of the Well of Fortune entrance, you will be able to get a Lamp Fish inInfinity Nikkithrough fishingwith your Rippling Serenity Ability Outfit equipped, just as you would with any other fish you’re trying to get in the game. There are also Hairpin Loach in these waters that may get caught on your line first, but you will be able to get one after two or three attempts. If this is your first Lamp Fish, it will be now added to your creatures compendium under the “Collections” tab.
Creatures and their crafting materials inInfinity Nikkirespawn every day at 4 AM inInfinity Nikki. Be sure to come back to those same spots if you’re trying to catch enough Lamp Fish to unlock Precise Tracking.
Now you will be able to go to the “Lamp Fish” entry, allowing you to head off and catch more until you’ve caught the 60 kg’s worth required to unlock Precise Tracking if you wish to do so. Because it can only be found in cave waters, be wary that your map tracker may initially lead you above ground, so you might need to look around below to find a hidden cave entrance to locate the correct spots.
How To Use Lamp Fish
A Stylish New Item
Once you have at least a 2 kg Lamp Fish inInfinity Nikki, you will have one of the important materials neededto craft: Well-Organized, a three-star top with a decent Sexy stat and as high a star level asMemory’s Stardust earrings. The sketch for this can be found in the chest of an open hut on the top cliff of Ripple Estate 2F in the Abandoned District, as shown in the image above. The sketch also requires a few other crafting materials.
These materials are 10x Bedrock Crystal: Plummet, 6400x Bling, a 2KG Kerchief Fish, and 64x Thread of Purity. Bundle all of these together, and you will have an extra special item of clothing in your stylish arsenal. If you kep an eye out for caverns with fishable waters inside, you will be able to find as many Lamp Fish as you want in yourInfinity Nikkiplaythrough.
