Parcel finder and neither Meri nor Janelle have their names listed on any of the lots in Coyote Pass and it says they were last sold in 2018. Also, it looks like they settled on 4 lots instead of 5. They are pretty disproportionate so I’m hoping they had the appraiser come out and this was what they determined to be fair, not that Kody ripped them off.
