Our Take On Sharif Atkins' Return

It’s Definitely Good News

Agent Jones isn’t a major character like Peter Burke or Neal Caffrey, but without him,White Collarwould certainly feel empty. Sadly, with Garson’s passing, the reboot will have toanswer to Mozzie’s absence, but having Atkins back as Agent Jones would certainlymake up for what’s missing, even though things will not be the same.

Picking up where the original series left off is a great task - while many other franchises focus on the new generations and their legacy, it seems thatWhite Collar: Renaissanceis taking a different route, aiming to recapture the show’s magic. It’s also likely that Mozzie won’t be recast, but instead, the series will findan explanation to give Mozzieto give a proper farewell to the character and the actor who portrayed him.
