The streamer’s most popular series, which broke records just days after premiering season 2, will soon return for its third installment. Prime Video has now confirmed thatReacherseason 3 will premiere on July 04, 2025. The announcement, which was made at CCXP on the famous Thunder Stage in São Paulo and at whichScreen Rantwas in attendance, revealed that the eight-episode seasonwill follow a weekly release model, with the first three episodes debuting on February 20, followed by one episode a week every Thursday through March 27. It would make sense that executives at the streamer would try to make an event out of the show’s return, especially considering how long fans have been waiting for it.
Reacheris produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television, and CBS Studios, with Nick Santora serving as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Ritchson serves as executive producer as well, as does Child, Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell for Skydance. Carolyn Harris and Kenny Madrid, meanwhile, are the executives-in-charge of the series for Skydance Television.
Creatively, though, it remains to be seen whether it’s the right move. The action dramais not episodic or standalone in any way.Every season so far has functioned like a movie, which is cut up into different parts.
