Stephen Kingmay be best known as a novelist, but he has always publically shared his opinions on pop culture. Now, through posting succinct reviews on social media, King’s takes are not always the most generous reviews. As for his reviews specifically, King will speak out online about content both adapted from his own work and not. Speaking onThe Monkey, which is based on King’s own short story, the author called it “batsh*t insane” and noted he says that “with admiration.” Extending his viewership beyond his own work, King alsoreviewedLandmanthis year, saying that “Taylor Sheridan knows how to show ordinary men at work.” Now, King’s latest review takes on a mixed-reviewed Netflix series.

Our Take On King’s Zero Day Review
This Is Hopeful For The Show’s Future

Its nearly dead-split 52% Tomatometer indicates that about half of critics were generally favorable of the project, and within that, there are some gems like King’s review. If prominent figures like King continue to like the series, the possibility of aZero Dayseason 2or some other type of follow-up becomes all the more likely.
