Marvel Studios may have already set up two perfect replacements for the Hulk who could prove essential to theYoung Avengersteam in theMCU. With the recent introduction of many young superheroes in the MCU, theories have emerged suggesting Marvel Studios is laying the foundations for theYoung Avengers to make their first live-action appearance. Several possible team members have already been confirmed or teased, but in order to match the might of the original Avengers team, the Young Avengers also need a Hulk.
It was after Iman Vellani’s debut as Kamala Khan’s Ms. Marvel whentheories of the Young Avengers' formationskyrocketed. 2023’sThe Marvelsended with Kamala meeting Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop with the prospect of bringing together a team. More recently,Agatha All Alongintroduced Joe Locke’s 16-year-old Wiccan, while theWorlds of Marvelcruise experiencebrought Kathryn Newton’s Cassie Lang, Xochitl Gomez’s America Chavez and Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams together for the first time. The Young Avengers team is really shaping up, and Marvel has also teased two possible Hulk additions to the growing roster.

The Young Avengers Already Has A Ready-Made Hulk Replacement
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Debuted Skaar In The MCU
StargirlactorWil Deusner made his MCU debut in 2022’sShe-Hulk: Attorney at Lawas Skaar, the Sakaaran son of Bruce Banner’s Hulk, who was presumably conceived and born during the Hulk’s time on Sakaar prior to the events of 2017’sThor: Ragnarok. Since time works differently on Sakaar,Skaar was able to appear in the MCU’s Phase 4 as a teenager, perhaps setting him up to become a member of the Young Avengers. It’s unclear whether Deusner will reprise the role, as he could easily be replaced, but Skaar deserves more attention in the MCU’s future.
I Still Don’t Understand How Hulk Has A Son In The MCU After 47 Years Of Cursed Movie Romances
The MCU’s Bruce Banner introduced his son, Skaar, at the end of She-Hulk, but given Hulk’s bad track record with his romances, Skaar makes no sense.
In Marvel Comics, Skaar is a darker version of his father, the Hulk, though he is still depicted as a superhero, becoming a member of teams such as SMASH and the Dark Avengers. Skaar made his first appearance during2007’sWorld War Hulkevent, leading many to speculate that his appearance inShe-Hulk: Attorney at Lawcould set up this iconic storyline for a live-action adaptation.Skaar hasn’t been seen or heard from in the two years sinceShe-Hulk: Attorney at Law’sfinale, so it would be great to see him return to become a Young Avenger.

Skaar is the perfect age to join the Young Avengers team, especially now that he’s aging at a regular pace given the fact that he’s currently residing on Earth.Little is known about Skaar’s parentage, history on Sakaar and journey to Earth, so it’s crucial that he returns to have these elements of his story fleshed out further. He could be a wonderful loose cannon among the Young Avengers, not just a superpowered human, but a human/alien hybrid, which gives Marvel Studios plenty of opportunity to have fun with the little-known character.
Amadeus Cho’s Hulk Would Pay Off An MCU Tease From 2015
Avengers: Age Of Ultron Provided The First Amadeus Cho Tease
While he was introduced to Marvel Comics as a Korean-American genius teenager in 2005’sAmazing Fantasy (Vol. 2) #15, Amadeus Cho replaced Bruce Banner as the Hulk in 2015’sTheTotally Awesome Hulk #1.A younger iteration of the powerful green hero, Amadeus Cho’s Hulk, later known as Brawn, reveled in his newfound abilities with confidence, and retains his normal personality when in Hulk form, which would make him an excellent addition to the MCU’s Young Avengers team. Luckily, Marvel Studios has already teasedAmadeus Cho’s introduction to the MCU.

What If…?Season 2 (2023)
2015’sAvengers: Age of UltronintroducedClaudia Kim to the MCU as Dr. Helen Cho, a world-renowned geneticist and the leader of the U-GIN Research Group in Seoul. Helen Cho helped Hawkeye recover after their spar with HYDRA in Sokovia, and, under Ultron’s control, built the Vision’s body using vibranium. In Marvel Comics, Helen Cho is Amadeus Cho’s mother, soAvengers: Age of Ultronmay have provided the MCU’s first tease towards the introduction of Amadeus Cho’s Hulk replacement almost a decade ago.
10 Hulks We Want To See Join The MCU After Captain America 4’s Red Hulk
Captain America: Brave New World is set to introduce a new Hulk to the MCU in the form of Red Hulk, but several other Hulk characters could join him.
While Skaar would make a formidable addition to theMCU’s Young Avengers team, Amadeus Cho is one of the most intelligent characters in the Marvel Universe, so could help in other ways. It would be brilliant to see Amadeus Cho finally debut in the MCU after all these years, especially sincehe could become the final piece of the Young Avengers puzzle. Since it’s assumed that Marvel Studios owns the film rights to Amadeus Cho, too, rather than Universal, who own the Hulk himself, Amadeus Cho’s Hulk/Brawn could have a much brighter future in the MCU.

Amadeus Cho Could Have A Brighter Future In The MCU Than Bruce Banner
Amadeus Cho Could Join Several MCU Teams
Bruce Banner has never really had the attention he deserves in the MCU, but Amadeus Cho could have much more reach if he debuts among the Young Avengers. In Marvel Comics, Cho becomes a member of several iconic superhero teams, including the Young Avengers, which makes this evolution in the MCU even more likely. Most notably,Amadeus Cho became a founding member of the Champions following theCivil War IIstoryline in 2016, alongside the likes of Ms. Marvel, Miles Morales' Spider-Man and a time-displaced Cyclops, among others.
Marvel Will Introduce New Sokovia Accords To Assemble The Young Avengers According To MCU Theory
Marvel Studios reintroducing the Sokovia Accords to the MCU could be the best way to bring together the much-anticipated Young Avengers team.
There has recently been speculation that the MCU’sYoung Avengerswill be renamed the Champions, given the actors' growing ages and Marvel Studios taking time in setting the team up. This would make Amadeus Cho’s inclusion as the Hulk or Brawn even more likely. However, it’s also possible that Amadeus Cho could join apossible Agents of Atlas team. Sinceseveral Asian heroes have recently been introduced to live-action, it would be great to see Amadeus Cho follow suit, perfectly setting up Jimmy Woo’s Agents of Atlas as a brand-new Avengers replacement team in the MCU.
