According to a X post byGematsu(spotted byPush Square), a website scrape has revealed thatDisney Illusion Islandmay be leaving its exclusive spot on the Nintendo Switch and coming to the PS5 soon. An additional leak fromPlayStation Sizeon X sets the potential release date of May 30. There’s no official word on when this information will be revealed, but leaked PS5 port announcement art makes this a rumor that’s likely to be true.

The experience is supposed to mimic playing through a classic Mickey Mouse cartoon.
The title follows Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy on what’s supposed to be a peaceful vacation. The four characters meet the adventure head-on, charged with finding several mysterious books on the island of Monoth.Up to four players can join in the mayhemas the characters run, jump, swim, and swing their way through different stages.

According to the review, the game is a great introduction to Metroidvanias for families to play together, featuring cooperative mechanics like hugging to restore health.
